Mayne wins first relay gold in 17 years

The Mayne Harriers shot put team of Julien Wruck (16.04m) Cameron Crowley (13.13m) and Chris Ensbey (12.85m) won the open mens event with a combined record throw of 42.02m, a new state record and a huge 11.95m ahead of the second place team. The club is proud of their effort.

Relay Champs 1st day 4x100, 3xLong Jump and 4x400

The 4x100m relay was a quality race. Ian Wyborn started the race against some of the best 100m runners in the state and held his own, Cameron Crowley and Chris Ensbey gained ground and Alex Hartmann's extra fast finish saw him fly past other runners to gain a third place.The team time was 41.89s....

Qld Relay Championships Day 1

Mayne Harriers have entered 17 teams in the 2014 Qld State relay championships, the most teams since 1997.

New Uniforms Are Being Designed

Mayne Harriers is currently designing a new uniform in consultation with club athletes.

It will be designed to be both modern and functional. We are waiting for samples to be made by a manufacturer and when club athletes agree on the final design we will immediately place an order.
